Shipping & Return Policy

Orders are prepared and packaged from my studio in Redondo Beach, CA and brought to the post office within 2-3 business days. If a product is on back order, we will let you know and ship it when it's ready.

I ship orders through USPS and charges are based on the weight of your package and will ship via First-Class or Priority mail. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

If anything seems amiss with your order, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving. If anything is damaged or you received the incorrect item(s), please take photos and send to us and we'll make things right! You can contact us at aly@mostlycloudypaper.co.
